Delegate Information 

A warm welcome to our 2025 Business Meeting delegates!

  • Each delegate must register using the web form link supplied in their personal invitation to attend.  

  • If you do not wish to attend, you will still go to the form to decline the invitation. 

  • The registration link is a unique link for each delegate. Please do not share the link with anybody else or try to book on behalf of anyone else.  

  • You must book your accommodation - including any additional nights – via the registration form.     

  • Any room upgrades will be covered by delegates.   

  • All delegates are responsible for covering their own travel costs, including flights, transfers, and incidentals. Please make sure to book refundable air tickets.

  • Similarly, please ensure you have adequate travel insurance as needed.

Three nights' accommodation:

Check-in: Monday 29th September

Check-out: Thursday 2nd October

Business Meeting Registration Fees include the below:

1. Business Meeting meals (Tue-Thus) incl:  

  • Arrival tea & coffee 

  • Morning coffee break 

  • Lunch  

  • Afternoon coffee break  

2. Welcome reception - Tuesday

3. Awards dinner reception -Wednesday

Fully-Funded and Non Funded Delegates 

Non Funded Delegates 

All costs to be covered by the delegate:  

  • Accommodation. Delegates must book using the link in the registration web form.  

  • Registration Fee (non-refundable) is charged at AUD750. We cannot confirm your registration until we receive your payment. 

  • Registration fees for all Central delegates will be managed by the IDP Business Meeting team. 

  • All other delegates will receive a payment link for the registration fee by the end of June.   

  • If you do not complete payment by 10th July 2025, your registration for the Business Meeting may be cancelled. 

  • Please note that the hotel will charge you for the entire stay when you check in, all incidentals will be charged during check-out. 

  • Amendments and changes must be advised in writing to the Registration office at ieltsannualmeeting@idp.com

For Fully- Funded Delegates

IDP IELTS will cover the Registration Fee and three nights’ accommodation.  

  • Hotel rooms must be booked using the link provided in the registration web form.  

  • Credit card details are required to secure the booking. You will not be charged for the three nights’ stay (excluding room incidentals).   

  • All additional nights will be at the delegate’s own expense.

Consumer Data Privacy Policy

By completing the registration web form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the IDP Business Meeting Committee, then venue and accommodation providers (if applicable) for the purposes of room bookings and Business Meeting related items only. Your details will be included in the delegate list for the purpose of event logistics only. IDP Education is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept securely. We do not pass on, sell or swap your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your registration attendance and Business Meeting requirements only.  

General Terms and Conditions 

Disclaimer:

IDP IELTS reserves the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. IDP IELTS shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the Business Meeting where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency or airline carriers. IDP IELTS will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the Business Meeting despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.    

Delegates are advised that photographs and videos may be taken during the Business Meeting and reproduced for promotional purposes.
